- Binance is launching a cloud service where anyone can easily launch their own crypto exchange
Binance has announced that they are now offering a cloud service where anyone could easily launch their own crypto exchange while gaining access to Binance’s technology and liquidity.
Bloomberg is focused on revenue and numbers, which are hard to predict, but you could look at AWS and Azure…

Essentially, one of the most common business models in the crypto space is a crypto exchange, where a platform facilitates trading between different cryptocurrencies and earns a percentage fee for each trade. However, it can be extremely difficult and intensive to design a crypto exchange from scratch. Also, a new crypto exchange will lack liquidity, meaning it will not have enough trades on the order book to facilitate optimal trading. Also, security is a major concern with crypto exchanges.
The Binance Cloud solves this by allowing anyone to launch their own crypto exchange by making a clone of Binance. Basically, an exchange created with Binance Cloud will have its technology and security, while simultaneously having access to its liquidity.
Therefore, a brand new crypto exchange launched with Binance Cloud will immediately have optimal security and liquidity, unlike a crypto exchange made from scratch which may never build up enough liquidity to compete.
Apparently multiple clients have already signed up for the Binance cloud, and the first exchange created with the Binance Cloud will launch in the coming weeks.
